He discovers it by accident, tucked down a side street, hidden behind dark windows. When he steps inside, he's taken aback by the sheer variety and, almost immediately, his head is full of possibilities. He texts Lee, suggesting that they meet for drinks later in the evening, giving him a place to meet and a time.

Later finds George leaning against a wall, waiting for Lee, scrolling through his phone. He's dressed in a button down shirts, sleeves rolled up, and he uses the camera on his phone to preen a little, undoing another button before he snaps a photo and sends it to Lee.

Lee says it so casually, even though he absolutely knows the effect that it has on George, and George squeezes his fingers in response.

"Your wish, my command, darling," he says, looking steadfastly ahead as he leads Lee to the store and steps inside. It's not big, not really, but it is absolutely chock full of merchandise, items designed for every filthy or perverted thing that could possibly occur. He turns to glance at Lee. The possibilities are dizzying.

"Like I said," he says. "Shopping."

The store he’s being led to looks vague and nondescript, or maybe he’s just too busy staring at the delicate nape of George’s neck to pay any attention to his surroundings.

It’s not until they’re actually inside the building that Lee looks around, eyes widening as he’s overwhelmed by so much all at once. He takes an instinctive step backward but the door is closed so he just sort of awkwardly bangs against it.

He clears his throat and stands up straight, smoothing the hem of his shirt against his hips as he looks around again.

“Well, this is a first,” Lee admits in an amused voice. He’d known that places like this existed, but he has never been inside of one before. He didn’t seem the point in it, because it’s not like he had the time or money, not to mention a partner to explore with. He didn’t need toys to jerk off or fuck someone behind a dive bar. “Why am I not surprised that you sniffed this place out?”

"It genuinely was a happy accident," says George conversationally, nodding to the tattooed and pierced girl behind the counter. "I thought we could..." He glances back at Lee, eyebrows slightly raised. "Explore some possibilities?"

“Oh, I’m sure,” Lee says with playful sarcasm, glancing over at the woman who is barely pretending not to be enthralled by them. “He ran in here sniffing the air, didn’t he?”

She laughs and Lee gives George a knowing look, smirking as he steps forward to hook his fingers almost possessively in the waistband of George’s pants.

“Sure,” he says easily, leading him deeper into the store. “Let’s hear all your freaky little ideas.”

Lee is putting on a little show, trying to fluster him, but George has enough experience of performing that he doesn't bat an eye. He follows Lee, leaning back slightly to cant his hips forwards.

"From what I remember of that night in the woods, it wasn't me with all the filthy ideas," he murmurs.

“Some of them were yours,” Lee reminds him, slinging his arm almost casually around George’s waist as he looks around. The front of the store is tamer stuff, lingerie and bachelorette party shit, and Lee reaches out to trail his fingers along a lacy black garter belt as they pass.

They go down a step into another room and ate immediately faced with an entire wall of bondage material. It’s a lot of leather, cuffs and chains and blindfolds, and Lee hums as he moves in closer, sliding his hand down George’s hip and into the pocket of his pants.

“We can start here,” Lee purrs out, hooking his chin over George’s shoulder.

"You're right. Some of them were." Lee touches him in that casual, proprietary way that has been driving him wild of late, and George ducks his head.

"I do remember saying you could put me in a collar if you wanted to."

“Simply for my benefit, huh?” Lee smirks and turns his head to bite at George’s shoulder through his shirt, not hard enough for it to hurt. He’s aware of the woman at the counter, but a quick glance over his shoulder confirms that she’s keeping to herself.

He can get into this, he thinks. He could get George so worked up that by the time they make it anywhere near a bed, he’s ready to explode.

“If I get a collar, I have to get a leash, too,” Lee says in a low voice, quiet but confident. “You’d look good on your hands and knees, at the end of my chain. Waiting for instructions.”

Most of the collars look too cheap for someone as spectacular as George, but Lee finds one higher up on the wall made of real leather, black and polished. What really catches Lee’s attention that rather than a standard clasp, there’s a small silver padlock. He reaches up to remove it from the hook and holds it out on the end of his finger in front of them, keeping his chin on George’s shoulder awhile slowly stroking the cut of his hip through the pocket of his pants. “This one is nice.”

Lee selects the collar from the hook, padlock and all, and George knows that Lee is close enough that he was to feel the shiver that goes through him at the thought of it slipping around his throat.

"It is," he says. "Nice. A good place to start, anyway."

“I felt that, you slut,” Lee says against his ear, in a voice that’s biting and fond all at once. “Pace yourself, baby.”

He nips at George’s jaw at the same moment he cops a quick feel of his cock through his pocket, then pulls away from him entirely and stands in front of the display with the collar looped around his palm while he strokes his chin thoughtfully.

Lee’s attention is caught by a sign reading Anal Play, and for some reason it’s so jarring to see, even here in Darrow. Still, he wanders over and lifts his eyebrows at a display of butt plugs. Laughing, he snatches it up and turns it off, setting it down to pick up the box instead.

“Because, my darling whore,” Lee begins, reaching out to hook his fingers in the waistband of George’s pants and excitedly drag him in closer.

“This thing does all sorts of tricks,” he says as he holds up the toy. “You could wear it anywhere and no one would know. And it’s controlled by an app that I’d have on my phone. I could control it wherever we are. Anytime I want. And you’d just have to take it.”

Lee's enthusiasm is deeply endearing and George finds himself smiling as Lee tells him all about it. "Well," he says. "That sounds awful, which means we absolutely have to have it."

He also doesn't comment on the fact that Lee keeps dragging him around by his waistband.

"What else?" He asks. "What we did that night. What would have made it better?"

Lee grins and holds the toy and collar against his chest, biting his bottom lip excitedly. He never got many toys growing up. Maybe he’s overcompensating now.

“That night— it was amazing,” Lee assures him, getting sort of a dreamy look on his face. Suddenly he remembers licking the back of George’s neck, tasting that hint of blood, and his cheeks flush a little. That seems— well, unrelated to everything else here. George indulged what he maybe thought was morbid curiosity in the moment, and Lee can’t really find a way to bring it up again.

“Every night with you is the best sex I’ve ever had,” Lee says honestly, shrugging his shoulder because it isn’t much of a secret. His sex life was sort of depressing if he thinks too hard about it. He isn’t expecting George to say the same, because it probably isn’t the truth. He must be good enough to keep George coming back, though. It’s not as if he doesn’t have options.

“What do you think would have made it better?” He asks, genuinely curious and also somewhat distressed. “You think it could have been better?”

"Perhaps 'better' was the wrong word," says George, threading his fingers through the fingers of Lee's free hand and drawing him with him as he wanders over to a display of clamps and slim chains. "Different? I had an incredible time." He turns his head and grazes his lips against Lee's sharp jaw line. "I haven't stopped thinking about it. How good it felt." He flushes faintly. "Even the pain. You enjoyed that, too, though."

Lee feels a bit foolish but it passes quickly enough, especially when George’s lips touch his skin. And then he starts talking, and Lee’s knees almost turn to jelly.

“I did enjoy it,” he confirms, cheeks warm as he turns his head to nudge their noses together. He doesn’t want to hurt George, not really. Not in general. But in an agreed upon setting like that, where they’re both into it, yeah. He liked that a lot.

“I want to play with your nipples so bad,” he admits with a laugh, eyes catching on a delicate silver chain. He reaches out to grab it, and it feels a little like planning for the future. It’ll be months still before George is healed enough for something like this, but Lee still wants to be around when he is. God, he hopes he’s still around.

It’s insane how George can still take him by surprise. They’ve done so much filthy shit together but there’s always more to discover with him. In that moment, Lee absolutely has to step away from George before he gets them both an indecency charge. He laughs again and playfully pushes George off with his shoulder before turning to go get a basket from near the door. “You boys finding everything okay?” The girl from behind the counter asks in a lazily amused sort of voice.

“Great, thanks,” Lee assures her quickly, holding the basket in front of himself as I he heads back to George. A few feet away, something catches his eye enough that he does a bit of a double take and steps back to get a better look.

It looks like more of a medical device than a toy, with a black handle with a sort of metal pinwheel at the end, shiny like a blade. Lee furtively glances over at the girl to make sure she isn’t paying attention and then back at George, intrigued but unsure why.

“Do you know what this is?” He asks quietly, reaching out to carefully pick up the one on display. “What could this possibly be for?”

"I've never seen one before, but..." He gently takes it out of Lee's fingers, taking the sharpness with the pad of his thumb, turning the wheel a little. He takes hold of Lee's free hand and lifts his arm, holding it level as he rolls the device asking Lee's skin.

"For the sensation, I think?" He says, and then a thought send to cross his mind. "Likely, you could draw blood with it."

Lee watches as George takes the took, brow furrowed curiously as his arm is lifted. George seems to have the right idea with the thing, and Lee’s eyes widen a little at the sensation. It’s less intense than a tattoo gun, but a similar sensation.
